Finally getting to take care of this. Should the air temp sensor stay on the inlet to the turbo?

Yes and no. I doesn't really matter where you put it. You can dangle it in the engine bay really. It won't affect performance enough to matter where it is.

Ok cool. what size couplers do I need for turbo inlet and from turbo to intercooler and for the maf relocate ?

Turbo outlet is 2", turbo inlet (intake side) is 2.25" IIRC, Throttle body is 2.5" and MAF sensor is 2.75" but personally I was able to stretch 2.5" couplers to fit on the MAF.
