Maf circuit low input cel. Help!

Just as the title says having the cel light come on, not sure why. Checked all the piping for leaks, none, just haven't ran cleaner through the maf. Any suggestions why. Never has happened before. Is this the cuase for my car stalling in 1st gear? thanks

Sorry forgot the specific code number. I have to try autozone cuase the light came back on.

You might have a cooked maf. You need to make sure your ref. voltage is good on it and that your grounds are solid. If those are solid and the input wire to the pcm is good then it's most likely your maf. You can do a resistance test on the maf and see how that checks out. I don't know how many ohms your supposed to see in it but the # is out there and that would also give an answer. The ref. voltage is 12v IIRC but 5v is a typical one so your good if you have one or another. Use a voltage drop test on the ground and signal wire to determine their condition. You should see no power on those circuits koeo.
