Looking for bulbs

Hi,

What I'm looking for exactly is bulbs with like 12000k. I saw an old post on this forum with pictures showing the color of the bulbs depending of the temp. Anyone have any link or pictures to see those colors? Because I don't remember if there is a temp with something close to red or orange. Thx.

Luminics has some purple ones, that's as close as I know of.

yellow is about as close to red or orange as you'll find
just be careful tho...not sure if your using these on the street but 12000k's light output is gonna suck they look sweet but the lighting will be dim

i personally have 6000k's and they are great i'm going to be switching to a 7 or 8000k bulb tho i just want it to have a lil more blue to it

Yeah, I did'nt remember if there was something close to red, so it would be really nice with my car. Anyway, I think I'll stick with the 8000-9000k.

h.i.d.'s all the way, getting just aftermarket bulbs is a waste of money they will just pop within 3-6 months and then you will have to buy another set. after 4 or 5 set you could have just bought h.i.d. i have the 7k and i love them.
