I brought this up in another thread about smoking turbos with not much discussion, but has anyone heard of "Krank Vents" and think that the MS3 may benefit from them? I've read through a lot of info on these things that suggests it would:

I don't have a smoking problem (yet - knock on wood), but I bet these would solve some of our smoking issues. I'd like to throw some on my car just for the heck of it, but I need to figure our what size we need. I used to have an S2000 and was a S2ki member (still am I think), and this is where I first heard of these things. Discuss!

Kooldino Sell them through Speed Circuit.
He had a post on them..Hit up a search and check out his site.

I see he sells them, but I can't find anything in these forums discussing them. They are kinda overpriced since they are basically checkvalves that you can build yourself for a fraction of the cost. Of course they wouldn't have a fancy bling-bling chrome finish, but who cares?

Well get to it...If you could make them cheaper..they would sell.

I wouldn't pay over $100 for sure.... but if it was something like $30 I would order right now

Well there are basically two options. You can get high quality, brass check valves from McMaster for about $50 or you can get two Toyota Supra PCV valves and do the same thing for <$10 from Autozone.

Here is some more literature:

The Supra PCV valves seem to be stout valves. Might be worth a try.
