Alright guys I just replaced my cylinder head. I used arp head studs torqued to 90 footpounds as arp says. Cam caps were torqued at 10 footpounds assembly lube used like crazy. Cams and crank were set to top dead center. Cranked it it ran tough as I imagine it began to shred even more there's fibers all over the place. Shredded from the side closest too the passenger side.
