Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low

The check engine light is on on my 2003 Mazda Protege5. Local auto parts store read it as a p2009 error which they say is Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low. This is Greek to me. Can anyone help me explain what this is/how to fix? Car runs fine.

Hopefully just this... On top of the intake manifold at back of motor center near the firewall... right below and behind the strut tower bar... two solenoids with electrical connections and vac hoses coming off of them...
