How do i remove adhesive from tints

i recently just took off my tints that were 24% becuase of cops and it left some adhesive to the windows. I used goo gone and didnt work. i did as the directions said "apply goo gone to stain, let goo gone sit for a few min. whipe off clean with a rag." and it doesnt work. any one know whats up?

try 3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover.. preferably the spray can version

Razor blade may work too.

And a hair dryer can loosen it up a bit to make it even easier.

ask ur local tint shop what they use. i think its ammonia, because u cant use windex on tinted winders cuz of the ammonia...i think. (uhm)

Thanks guys, got em off.....just use some goo gone and a blade. wasted 5 hours taking them off.

right, a flat razor blade and a spray bottle of water. Keep the window wet at all times when using the razor blade. It'll come off like butta

Good to know you got it off. When I had to pull mine off it was straight razor and soapy water.
