No, I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to. I'm either going to use the stock airbox with a few modifications, or an aluminium paint roller pan cut to fit etc. What do you all think? Anyone made one yet? Are there any household metallic items (aluminum foil) that I can use to reflect heat away from parts? Should I just get some header wrap and reflective tape?

I'm going to install a small window-unit air conditioner in my engine bay. I figure a 70 degree drop in temperature. Plus, I'll paint it to match my "theme".(rlaugh)

I just took some cardboard and then wrapped it with the aluminum foil tape used for dryer vents, You can pick that stuff up at any home improvement stores or hardware stores.
