Meeting Place for Cincy/Michigan people

Pilot Travel Center

Chesterton, In 46304

Cincy Crew- Josh, Jon, Nick and Amy

Meet @ Meijer around 10am

Leave by 10:30am

Be through Indy no later than 11:45

Gas around Lafeyette, In

Arrive in Porter, In around 2pm

Michigan Crew- Josh, Pat, Jamie

Meet @ (place here) around noon

Leave by 12:30

Arrive in Porter, In around 2pm

These times are just straight times, we will worry about the time difference once we get to Porter and meet up.

Depart from Porter around 2:30pm

Depending on Joshs route choice be in Villa Park, Il by 4-4:30e/ 3-3:30 local

All times from here on are local Chicago times

Settle in, drop off whatever, relax for a bit, chat, hang out, ect

Meet up with people for dinner around 6-7pm Local time.

The place is to be determined by who all wants to and is able to meet up on Friday night. Anything after dinner is a guess to me as of right now.

Saturday March 25th, 2006

Wake up by 10am or so and get ready, grab some breakfast, wash cars, get ready for the show

Meet up with whoever is going to show, get things organized and planned out for the day.

Leave no later than 3pm or so to head to the show.

Show starts at 5pm and goes till Midnight

After the show is over or when the group wants to leave we can meet up with some locals and check out some of the things going on.

Sunday March 26th, 2006

Wake up sometime before noon lol

Grab some Breakfast/Lunch

Possible Meet/Cook out at Starved Rock Park or maybe somewhere closer.

Cincy Crew needs to leave by 2-3pm Chicago time to arrive back home by 9-10pm Cincy time

Michigan Crew, we can drive back together until the 65/94 split if you want .

Suggestions/Ideas Needed Please

Now here is what I need to know. Please let me know what you would like to do reguarding the following so I can get things rolling. Thanks

For Friday Eveneing/Night

1. Who all wants to meet up Friday for dinner,ect ?
2. Where would everyone want to meet?

For Saturday Morning/Afternoon/ HIN

1. Who all would want to meet up for breakfast, and car cleaning in the morning?
2. Who all is going to the show and where should we meet?
3. Do you want to do something with the local "scene" after the show or just keep it the "Mazda People & Friends"

For Sunday up till around 2-3pm

1. Do we want to have a big Mazda Meet at say Busse? Starved Rock?

i wanted to go, but i will be flyin out 2 Orlando with the family the day before. who ever goes could you post some photo of what i missed. in the last 8 years i have never missed a HIN in chicago this is the first (notcool), but a week in Orlando with the family is time better spent. wilson

We are staying up in Suburbia, for the most part, though where HIN is taking place is downtown, McCormick Place:

It's not that bad of a drive, but you do have the option to stay closer if you want.

Some people are staying in Villa Park, I will be in the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area though personally.

I dont know what everyone is planning now b.c things have changed so many times, but hopefully we can still meet up.

I think Adrian and I are leaving Saturday late morning early afternoon now ,but we would like to meet up with some people Friday night and or possibly breakfast/early lunch on Saturday. Would anyone be interested in that?
