Header or Manifold

Hi everyone! My name is Mike, from DieCastoms. I am looking for a header or at the very least a manifold for a Mazda Protege, 1997 LX. It is DOHC, but I am unaware of what size engine it is. I seem to recall being told it was 1.3L when I bought it used. Also I will need to replace the O2 sensor, and is there a way to find out without having to go to a dealer or repair place if the cat is plugged or not? It runs reliably but my 10-speed bicycle has more power.

Let me know my options.

If it's the 1.3, your bike will always be faster.
