Head Unit Lights Staying On When Everything Else is Off

I realized that I posted this in the wrong place but didn't know how to move the original, so, sorry for the repost.

So, as of two nights ago I've noticed my head unit's lights are staying on all the time - even after I've turned off the lights, exited the car, and locked the doors.

. . . this is new.

What's going on?? Has this happened with anyone else's P5 or 3rd Gen. Proteg?

Relevant information:
I have a 2003 P5 with the stock head unit (6-Disc CD Changer, radio, Sylfex AuxMod installed about a year ago). In all other respects the HU still works perfectly fine and sounds great.

UPDATE: As of this morning, none of the lights on the HU will turn on all. Stereo still works fine . . . it's just dark. Blown fuse?

Probably smoked a circuit card inside (not repairable).

Cruise the FS section for another stockie or just put a new aftermarket one in...
