So, I've read a couple how-to's and everything on the catch can. Everyone seems to like to put the can in the passenger side foglight area and run the hoses near the belt to the pcv line.
I am thinking of mounting the can in the driver side foglight area and running hose up to the pcv line. I know the one end of the pcv line is a PITA to get off: why can't I just unhook the easy end and use a coupler to run one end back where it belongs and the other end to the can?
Does the can have to sit lower than the hoses, or can the hoses dangle a little bit? I figured vacuum would help that, but I'm not real worried because my location of the can will be lower than the hoses.
I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, but I figured those with catch cans installed would know what I'm talking about. Sorry for being a noob. Thanks for the help!
