Yes, the 2nd one is V2 which they redesigned it. Some of the V1's were breaking so they made a V2, which did not break.

Well if you sell it to someone, and it gets destroyed... How will you fell? or if someone sells you something, and doesnt tell you the full extent of it.. and it breaks on you... How will you feal? atleast now if someone buys it they will know the terms of the condition and sell of it.
