Front windows-auto up/down quit working.

After changing the battery, the front windows auto up/down quit working. Also the delay off for all the windows (when the ignition is turned off, the windows and moonroof power is on for about 30 seconds) don't work.

Anyone know how to reset this feature?

Just replaced the battery on my '07. Here ya go...
POWER WINDOW INITIALIZATION
PROCEDURE)
"If the battery was disconnected during vehicle
maintenance, or for other reasons such as a
switch continues to be operated after the
window is fully open/close, the power windows
will not fully open and close automatically. Reinitialization
of the automatic function can be
performed using the master control switches
and the front passenger door switch. Carry out
the following procedure to resume operation:
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Make sure that the power window lock
switch located on the driver's door is not
depressed.
3. Press the switch and fully open the power
window.
4. Pull up the switch to fully close the power
window and continue holding the switch for
about 2 seconds after the window fully
closed.
5. Repeat Steps 3-4 for each front power
window.
6. Make sure that the power windows operate
correctly using the door switches."

Bolded #4, as that is the key. You'll hear a click sound when activated after the 2 seconds. This was the same funcationality with my MS6.

Thanks to all for the feedback on resetting the windows. Didn't have an owner's manual, so this was my only place for the fix beside the local Mazda dealer.

Team , could you help me please? I need to reset the drives window on a mazda 626, year 2000. I have replaced the window regulator and now when I use the auto up function the window goes back down to half way.
help!
