Long story short, got a remanufactured engine swapped in from Mazda under powertrain warranty. Everything with the replacement has been generally fine, except since day 1 I got a CEL intermitently. Took it back to the dealership and sort of got a runaround w/the light other than them clearing it. They've treated me right with the engine replacement process, so being the engine's now got another 12mo. warranty on it I figured I'd see if it resolves on its own. I just clear it with my ScanGuauge because it's apparently no biggie (P0441).

Well checking my oil and snooping around the engine bay today, lo and behold, what do I find but a disconnected hose. I'm assuming this is the culprit of my CEL, however I was wondering if anyone here knows definitively what the hose is to help verify whether it may be related. Thanks!

Yep hooked it back up... hose clamp was still there too to lock it in place. Just curious to verify whether that's the evap purge line that was disconnected.
