Does a 2003 MP5 have a cabin filter? If not, can I install one somehow?

I couldn't find it in the manual or online, but I'm getting sick of all the dust that gets blown in through the vents. Wondering if there's a cabin filter or a DIY for one? Thanks!

There's a DIY, but you have to buy mazda parts.... I think it was negatize that had a how-to

There are quite a few parts you need including the entire lower half of the HVAC evaporator case. The dealer I worked at did not stock the filters and it was one of the largest Mazda parts warehouses in the country.

Yeah looks like it's more of a hassle unless the dust really bugs me. It does, but I'm not ready just yet to invest $150 and a lot of time into it.

Where's the dust FROM? when was the last time you cleaned the cowl? is the AC drain tube plugged?
