S Spoolin3.5msp Member : 2003.5 mazdaspeed protege Oct 8, 2004 #6 don't disconnect it all it does is make a really hideous noise with no gain what so ever if anything it feel like you are hitting fuel cut a full throttle mine fell off accidentally once and it just sounds really bad and cant be healthy.
