CX-5 Remote starter stopped working

I have installed a ft-dc3 to my car and it had been working fine until recently. There’s just no response at all. In the past if the door is open, it woul flash the lights if I try to restart. Now there’s just no response, no lights, no start. I am in Canada and it has been cold recently, like -15 or so. Not sure if it’s related. Wondering if anyone experienced this before. Thanks

To my surprise, disconnect battery worked!! This remote starter seems unreliable..

Someone beat me to the punch about disconnecting the battery 5-10 minutes and typically it fixes the problem. Others that have the fortin had similar issues that was fixed by disconnecting battery. If the problem re-appears, might want to get your battery tested.

This happened after a very cold day here. My car still started so didn’t think it would cause any issue on the remote starter. But this is good to know
