CX-30 Rear wiper replacement

I just replaced the rear wiper on the wife's CX-30 and ran into the stupid design that doesn't allow the wiper arm to lift off the glass far enough to change the wiper due to the plastic plug that just won't come out. Not a biggie, I just took the whole thing off with a 10mm socket wrench and replaced the wiper then put it back on. While I had it off I tapped out the plug from the bottom and left it out for future changes and to be able to lift the wiper off the glass for cleaning the window.
