Check Engine Light

Check engine light has been coming on and off for about 2 weeks. Now it's been on for a while and hasn't gone away. Brought it to Autozone to run a check and this is what it said on the scan:

Definition
BBO2 sensor heater circuit low-11
Probable cause
BB1. - Open or short circuit condition
BB2. - Open fuse
BB3. - Failed HO2S 11

Definition
BBO2 sensor heater circuit low-12
Probable cause
BB1. - Open or short circuit condition
BB2. - Open fuse
BB3. - Failed HO2S 12

Any ideas? Bad fuse? If it's the O2 sensor would I have to replace the front, back or both?

Check your fuses

I would assume it is telling you to replace the sensor after you inspect the wiring.
