So im in korea and im toying with the question can you put sleeves in a closed deck block need some input

You can, I know Miguel (Mazdaspeed2oo35) has done it. And there are several other high HP/TQ builds that have done it as well. Why do you think you need to sleeve the block? These blocks can handle a large amount of power if you build it properly, unless you're also toying with the idea of having a 600hp FS-DE.

The reason im sleeving it is i had a bad builder on my car over here its not like japan were they have alot of knowlegde about building cars. So i had to work hard on my car to find a way to build my car and keep the it from failing. So my friend said we should sleeve it just got the block back today looks really good

No reason why you can not sleeve the engine as long as it is an FS block (not sure about korea)
