Do I have to replace the urethane or bushing on it?

No cracks. It's in good shape - just some marks from being installed. I traded in my 2, so I don't need it anymore.

Nope - the urethane and bushings are in great shape. You'd just remove your OEM mount, and replace it with this one. You use the same bolts. Install is pretty easy.
