We have a new (two week old) 2009 CX9 w/ the GT Assist pkg. I finally got around to plugging my wife's ipod in the aux port in the center console today. It drops audio for anywhere from 4-9 seconds every 30 or so seconds. I tried two different mini cables and even tried two different ipods - her ipod touch and our older ipod photo. I have the same problem with both. Has this happened to any of you? If so, how did you fix the issue? I was hoping there might be a simple solution before making a call to my local dealer to set up a repair visit.
We are still getting used to our new "car", but overall we are very pleased with it. I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of storage space up front, but it's not a major issue.
