another winter tire question

heres the skinny:

i am putting a set of dunlop m3 winter tires on my 2008 mazda3 gt. they will go on the 17s. any of you here do the same?

tried to buy some steel wheels but there was a problem regarding the TMPS.

does anyone with TMPS use steel wheels? if so, where did you purchase them?

It's "OK" to run steelies w/o the TPMS sensors. Just know that you'll have to keep a closer eye on your tire pressure (checking it once/week instead of once/month as recommended in the owner's manual) and you'll have to ignore the TPMS warning light on the gauge cluster.
