found a fix for the nipple, just need to get the nipple itself.

EDIT: Just talked to them, they are sending a new nipple today. Should have it by wed or so next week.

so what's the difference between the lead harness and the bypass one?

The lead harness is the main harness, the bypass harness you take out the FIC and you hook up the lead harness to the bypass harness To bypass the FIC

umm ok got it, but only like after reading that statement 4 times, are a few commas that hard to type!

Sorry I was using my phone.

Bypass harness is used inplace of the FIC if you run into issues.

The lead harness is left wired in as the bypass harness connects the two ports of the lead harness. Instead of the FIC
