2013 Mazda6 Wiring diagrams?

Charging system issue.
Alternator and battery are good.
Heavy gauge wire on alt is good.
2 wires (blue and grey) on alt connector have communication at fuse box plug, but are now a different color (blue/green and black). They also both show communication with a heavier red wire. I just want to run 2 new/separate wires, but not sure which is which.

Photo of wiring harness connector at fuse box
Turns out it is not black like I stated. It is red/yellow.
The blue/green could actually be a lighter green than the other green wires nearby.

Update
Found more wires share resistance between fuse block and pins on harness alternator is on.
All share with the large red wire (starter I'm guessing).
Time for a new harness. I was hoping to avoid removing everything required for that. Oh well.

Another update
Mechanic advised me to replace the battery.
Worked fine for 2 weeks
Took alternator off again ad tested bad.
Replaced alt...overcharged for a few seconds, disconnected battery/reconnected and not charging. Next day, another mechanic came out and it worked perfect for 5 minutes then no charging.
Fans came on with engine cold and off (key on).
Taking alternator to get tested and now I need to know which relays run the fans. I read the control module (mounted on fans) could be an issue.
