2008.5 Mazdaspeed 3
So I guess I've decided to sell my MS3. It's a great car, but I guess I'd prefer to not have a car payment right now. Cash is tight and I'm about to move to a more expensive home.

Here's the rundown:

2008 Mazdaspeed 3 Sport
Crystal White Pearl
46,500 miles
2nd owner
Late 2008 model, so no smoke from the turbo.

I bought the car completely stock at Suzuki of McKinney in June of last year with 35,000 miles. Clean carfax.

Modifications:

I still have pretty much all of the stock parts sitting in my apt. except for the stock suspension.

Here are the only little things to point out on the car:

Small rock chips on the front bumper
Few scrapes on the rear bumper
Paint chips here and there, but quite unnoticeable.
Wheels could do with a freshening up (curb rash here and there)
Front bumper likes to "pop" out just a tad (we're talking millimeters) on the side due to the intercooler pipes.
Front sway bar likes to make noise over bumps, but I have new bushings to cure this (common on lowered MS3's)

On to the pictures:

I'll try to get a full photo shoot this weekend just to get a good picture set, but those are very recent. The top photos are from CCM 14. The touchscreen is staying with me, but I have the original non-Bose stereo to replace it. I'll also toss in the install kit (which is super hard to find BTW [came from Singapore]). That alone was over $100.

With the factory parts, the car could easily be brought back to its original state. OR, since all the bolt-ons have been covered, you could drop in anything from a BNR Stage 3 to a GTX 3076 and just have fun. In its current state, with a COBB tune by Calvin, it should put down close to 300whp.

The car has always been parked in covered parking and is usually detailed at least 2-3 times a week depending on the weather. I could probably buy stock in terry cloths and become a millionaire. All oil changes have been performed at COBB Tuning in Plano at 3000 miles with Motul 5w40. I also have paperwork on pretty much everything that's happened to the car since I purchased it. I don't believe the car has ever seen a track and I've never "launched" it since I've owned it. I recently inspected the factory rear motor mount and it's in perfect shape, no leaks.

As for the price, I'm asking $15,500 firm. As said earlier, I do still owe on it, so the title will be transferred after the funds have been received, OR the loan can be transferred. If anyone has questions about the car feel free to ask. If anyone would like to see it, I can bring it to the Thursday meets here in Dallas or meet up with you in the area. I will not allow test drives unless you are able to provide a deposit showing intent to buy. Been down that road too many times. If you're from out of state, I can gladly meet you at the airport, but I'm afraid shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Well that's it for now. It's been fun, folks.

Thanks! I also forgot to mention I still have the following stock parts from the car:

Factory downpipe (no cut hangers)
Factory rear control arms (bushings are good)
Factory TMIC with all shrouds/ducts/boost tubes
Factory HPFP internals
Factory BPV
Factory TIP
Factory airbox with new filter
Factory front lip
Side moldings (*shudder*)
Factory shift knob (couple of scrapes from previous owner's ring)

Not willing to separate the wheels at this time.

Bump. Still for sale. Updated the price. That's the lowest I'm going before just keeping it.

If I had the money I would buy your car in a heartbeat! I've always wanted this EXACT MS3.

Bump for this Masterpiece!

Not at the moment, no. I've decided I can't take this much of a loss right now.
