Stock headunit display wiring

hi,

I got a Mazda 3 2004. And my headunit has Tape/MD button. I upgraded my headunit to 2007. The one with Media button. But I got only the Headunit and not the display. Anyone knows how to direct the wire of the display screen to the power wire of the headunit? My display got 14pins. The 2007 display has only 12pins. I tried to search the diagram for the 2004-2005 model but only came up with the 12pins diagram.

Pls help me.

The displays on the 2004/2005 MZ3 are dependent on the Stereo for display. Even when upgrading to a newer Mazda head unit, they won't work. You need a newer LCD panel and to look up the instructions for modding it to work with the 2004/2005 wiring. I've seen the instructions on another Mazda 3 forum for hooking them up with an aftermarket HU, but since I own a 2008, I didn't read them in detail.
