What have you done to your CX-5 today?

Finally added some LED strips in the trunk and hatch. Original post.

SO MUCH better now.

Stuck a car gadget holder to the underside of the console. It holds an Alumiwallet with discount cards and stuff and a pad of paper. A flashlight sticks to the little piece of velcro next to it.

Today I made an appointment for my new CX 5 (less than 1500 miles) to go to the body shop. Took a quick trip to Dallas this weekend and a giant piece of semi-truck tire hit the front bumper with great force. Resulting damage included a small dent and scratched/chipped paint in several areas. Thankfully, I carry a zero dollar deductible for comprehensive coverage. I was so upset, but will get it back to new very quickly.

That's scary.

But it worked! Indeed with 4 ppl in the car and all those bikes, it was heavy and caught a lot of wind. But the car felt pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary except the engine having to work harder due to the heavier load.

I usually have the bikes on top when transport bikes, this time I added two on the rear.

NFC for changing phone profiles ?

eBay has a ton of them for fairly cheap. https://www.ebay.com (commissions earned)

NFC Task Launcher has many default profiles and is very easy to use. Free in the android market. Just choose your options, click save, and place your phone on the NFC tag to write it. I just stuck mine on the inside of the windshield mount. One at work. One on my nightstand. One on my beer fridge. :) Love it.
============
Care to explain the concept ?

On your car dash ? Profile 1
On your nightstand ? Profile 2 -What settings > - Turn sound off...
On your beer fridge ? Profile 3 -Make the volume max, sound & vibrate .. what else?/

Finally installed the 3M ni-doc.
