So my abs and brake light have been coming on on my dash. Along with these lights coming on, when I apply the brake, I feel a pumping like the abs is going off. After I pump the brakes a few times, the abs pumping sensation stops and the abs/brake lights come on on the dash and remain that way...

I have 89k on my p5. Just changed the valve cover gasket because I had oil in my 1st spark plug. Just checked all of my plugs, no oil so I think this funky smell has nothing to do with the job I did on the valve cover gasket. I think it may be a burning clutch...but I've been driving normal...

Just changed my plugs. 1st hole on left had oil in it. The other 3 did not. This is a 1st time problem for me in my 90k P5. My guess is that it is a valve cover gasket leak. Any other thoughts?

Hey rusty nuts, do your doors also make this funny clicking sound? Something is not engaging and I'm not sure what or how easy/difficult it is to fix. My car has what appears to be the common P5 problems: rust, seatbelt buckle and now this.

Ok, the lock itself goes up and down when you do it manually. However when you do it via the control on the driver's door, the lock does not respond, only a funny clicking sound. Any ideas?
