Hi, Thanks for the reply, I do have a little slack on the right side, opposite the tensioner, so maybe thats whats causing this slight misalignment, im going to take the belt off, and try it again a few times to get it right, i didnt think that the order of how the belt was put on was a big...

Gozz, thanks very much, i was hoping you would reply,....... I now have the camgears and the crankshaft all lined-up properly.... the belt does have some slack, about 7mm back and forth between the two camgears at the top.... when i put the tensioner spring on, the belt moves a little and goes...

There is only two ignition wires, and really you dont need to change them, unless theres a problem, I just changed them cost me $75 Canadian... NGK

I just changed my ATF yesterday, its not hard, theres two ways to do it, - just drain and fill, - or Drop the trans pan, change the filter, clean the pan, remove the gasket, and re-install the transfilter, clean the magnet, I went with the later.... it takes a little bit more time and effort...
