Strange. My car hits the top end of 2nd gear so fast its way too easy to hit the rev limiter. Once the turbo kicks in, its a scary ride to redline!

right click on file, go to "open with", select MS Paint. Use one of the drawing tools (eraser, paintbrush, whatever) to obscure the numbers. Save it as a .jpg again, don't save it as a .bmp.

She'll be getting a bath soon. Treating her to a brand new buffer, wax and polish (Meguir's, I've had good luck with it) and a nice interior vacuuming. Probably once I do that, it will start to get the hesitation, clunking, and antifreeze leak that I have so far (knock on wood) been spared. :D

I thought the turbo engines didn't have VTCS. It sounds to me like the lifters. My old car did the same thing upon start-up, until I switched to synthetic, which flows better when cold so it got to the top end of the engine much quicker.

Not me. My rims are so covered with brake dust they are almost black. (I haven't washed the car in the 5 weeks I've owned it. Too much fun driving.) Nice pics.
