I have 110k MILES (not KMs) on my car, and the dealer replaced a power steering hose at about 34k miles, I replaced the shocks/struts at 93k miles, and the thermostat at about 107k miles. Besides oil/filter/plugs/tires, that's it so far.

That's weird. I have thrown two P0126 CELs and both times I was driving home from work (about 22 miles) when I let off the gas to coast down the exit ramp. Both times this is when the light came on.
