I installed the rear springs with the H&R logo being straight up, meaning the word H&R was not upside down.( I'm hoping this was the correct position) My question was concerning the position the spring sits on the perch and would could happen if it was not seated properly.

So I have H&R springs that I installed tonight. Front went smooth. Now the rear was tricky. Now hears the question. Is there only one way a spring can sit ? Is it possible the spring can sit wrong?

Its a shame to see such a great build go. I pm'd you about your possible part out.

Welcome, I also picked up my 2 from CJ WIlson Mazda. If your looking to get coilovers, I would check out THMotorsports since they are within driving distance and they seem to have some pretty good prices.

i like options and I thought about that, but im not that big of a fan of how the rear sits lower then the front. I really like how the h&r springs sit through.

I guess there was something going on with there site since it seemed to be down last night. Now this morning it let me back on and the shipping quotes are different. Ill be looking at 671 shipped with there h&r springs and there struts. For 775 shipped i can get the ST coilovers. Decisions...

So I was looking into just going with springs and struts from corksport but after checking it out, with shipping my price comes out to 862, shipping costing more then the springs. For that price itll be less to go with the coilovers. Im looking at getting my coilovers from thmotorsports...

Im leaning toward the ST's after reading up on them. I like that i would be able to adjust to height for winter and summer with these. Now what would i need from the old strut assembly that needs to be put on the coilover?

i really like the drop that the h&r springs have so that is how low im aiming to go on coilovers. I also I'm looking into some H&R springs and CS dampers but getting a coilover set "seems" like a better option going long term.

The reason i thought of coilovers is from what people say, coilovers are the way to go long term so I want to do it right the first time. I also like how i can adjust the height on coilovers.

I planning on going with some coilovers. I'm thinking the h&r set up but I'm still researching. Living in Chicago coilovers should solve the snow problem with being low.
