Problem with Aluminum on steel threads is there is a very good chance of cross threading. The threads are just not able to hold their integrity. Even with 7075

Try driving with carbotech track pads. I sound like a school bus all the time. HP+ are not super bad, just break them in correctly. They will squeal alittle.
