When you've had yours as long as me (since new), and while you're glad you paid it off you still wish you'd gotten AWD or RWD. And with this economy and uncertain job market, I won't be getting anything else anytime soon. Too paranoid. :(

God I'm sorry....could probably never own one (shouldn't say never, but still). Just my opinion - then again I'm 36yrs old and would get something more mature. RWD or AWD FTW.

.....when your car sweaks so bad in the rear you'd swear there was some sexy time going on in the trunk on a broken mattress. .....when after modding it enough you just can't remember what 'smooth' felt like, and of course first gear and some of second is completely useless. No hook up.

Small one in driver's door....but the WORST of ALL TIME is the stupid rear suspension/sway bar bushings, whatever the hell it is. Drives me crazy, makes the car appear (and sound) cheap. WD-40 for everyone! Sucks.

MS3 is a faster car, GTI is a nicer car; period. Obviously stock for stock especially, but with enough dough anything can be stupid fast (they make a ton of stuff for VW's of course). Doesn't matter either way to me; I'll prolly never own a front wheel drive car again. This after my car...

Car looks good - on a different note, I really like the look of the SP2 - if I didn't already have an iON 3" TBE that would be on my list of considerations. Clean ride. (2thumbs)

My thoughts exactly. Sorry - just my opinion.

Saw it already - and as much as I try to like the new one, I really just can't - I personally think Mazda tried too hard to change too much. If it ain't broke....the first gen looks SO much better. Just my opinion, nothing else. Ah well.
