Avis at San Antonio Intl has CX-5's. I've taken one a couple times when traveling there for work.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Got my sister to purchase a '16 GT with Tech FWD (in Atlanta). I told her about the realcartips method that I had used to get mine, and it worked well again. She got hers for $1400 below invoice (before TTL).

How To Acquire Non-US Spec Head Restraints for a US-spec CX-5

Saw that the new CX-3 uses shorty headrests in the back. Anyone have access to see if they'd fit in the CX-5?

Congrats. If you see a Blue Reflex on the eastside of Cleveland, it's probably me.

Can we start a thread on what were paying for 2016 CX5"s?

No, but I didn't really try either. I got them to take my '13 Kia Optima lease in on trade (5 months early) with a clean break.

I picked up a '16 CX-5 GT AWD with Tech (Blue Reflex Mica) this weekend. MSRP was $31,855, selling price was $29,997 ($1000 below invoice). Have to give a huge thanks to the forum. I used this (http://www.realcartips.com/guide/newcars.shtml) website technique that aaiwani posted to secure that...

Who else is waiting impatiently for the 2016 CX-5?

You definitely received an authentic price Bob. The datasheet I received was for a '16 GT AWD with Tech only (also dealer add wheel locks), so the MSRP should be comparable. Here are the numbers. MSRP - $31,910 Invoice (S-Plan) - $30,894 E-Plan - $29,652

Who else is waiting impatiently for the 2016 CX-5?

aaiwani, can't thank you enough for posting this. I've reached out to 14 Mazda dealers in my area. So far I've received a bid for $1000 below invoice (before any Mazda incentives) on a '16 GT AWD w/ Tech and i-ACTIV. Up until this point, the best I could manage was price at invoice. I've now...

Who else is waiting impatiently for the 2016 CX-5?

That's pretty good pricing. It falls in line with what truecar.com is claiming to be "factory invoice" for each item. I want to try and get as close to the $29,674 (employee price) floor that Bob-loblaw found. Not sure how I'll get there, but I want to try and nail something in the $30k range...

Who else is waiting impatiently for the 2016 CX-5?

LMAO, I put that all wrong. I meant 36,000mi. However, my wife (primary driver) doesn't drive much. Our Optima has less than 20,000mi with 6 months to go on the lease. I personally have a daily round trip commute of 75-80mi.
