I just moved to Washington from AZ so I actually have to use the defrost now. I read somewhere that a steam cleaner may do the trick. Not sure where to go with this. Thanks for the advice though.
So the previous owner of my car must have cheaped out on the tint, because my rear window has started to bubble really bad. (looks horrible)
I called a local tint shop about removal and they wont touch it because it is over the defrost lines.
Any suggestions on how I can take it off myself...
The ones that are black (ebay) are for the protege and they are different because they use one bulb for both high and lowbeams. They will fit but you have to mod the harness for the bulbs.

At least you still have the clip. There are horror stories about losing them, bending them, and having them break off. My headlights are zip tied in (ghetto I know but cheap)
I havent had a problem with the adapter, just the frame around the plate. I put some velcro (soft part) on the backside and it stopped the rattle. I have to still do the spoiler and bumper cover.
Use a big C clamp and one of the old pads to push the piston back in, otherwise it will be impossible to line up the pad, rotor, and other pad. Im pretty sure OEM pads come with the spring clip, but ive used centric and hawk pads with no problems using the clips Ive had.

I have hella supertones and they are awesome. They cut right through cars and traffic noise and get people's attention. Install was easy and with some zip-ties, looks pretty clean. A great investment.
