Add me to the list. Accidentally rear-ended someone last week and the insurance company decided to total out my '07 Mazda5 Touring. My baby was just short of 107k miles.

Has anybody replaced the motor mounts on their 5? How much did it cost? Is this something worth doing?

I have an '07 Touring. Over the last 8.5 years of ownership, I've had numerous issues with the suspension. The driver side rear wheel well is also heavily rusted (which I didn't realize was an issue with Mazdas). I thought it was just bad luck on my part.

Quinny Zapp fits behind the 3rd row (with the seats up). My wife currently uses an old Peg Perego stroller that also fits back there. I don't know what the model name/number of the PP is though.

With the 3rd row seats up, does anybody know what the trunk space in the newer 5s are compared to the previous generation? Is it the same or bigger? I can only find information for the trunk space with the 3rd row seats folded down. Thanks

Will ignnoring the problems create an issue for the car in the future? I have to bring my car in for inspection this week. Will I not pass the emissions test b/c of this issue (even if I clear out any CEL codes prior to bringing my car in)?

Thanks. Sounds like a lot of work I'm not qualified to do. I guess I'm gonna just keep turning off the CEL whenever it comes on.

How did you do that? is it hard to do? I get the P0126 CEL code all the time. I have one of those little handheld devices to erase the code but it's kind of annoying to do it constantly. Thanks

I came out to my car ('07 Mazda5 touring) over the weekend and found the right side mirror smashed up. I just reordered a replacement mirror off ebay but it didn't come with instructions. Has anybody here replaced their side mirrors before? if so, how was it? did you have to take the door...

Yes it should. when i was shopping for an '07 Mazda5, the GT's came with HIDs. The sport/touring models did not.

yeah...you're very lucky somebody saw it and got plate numbers. somebody hit my drivers side door while it was parked but unfortunately for me, nobody was around to see it. i'm still driving around with a huge dent on the door...knowing my luck it'll get hit again after i fix it.
