    Remember Sir Nuke?

wow... I too was welcomed warmly wayway back in the day... Not nearly as gnarly, but a motorcycle spill got me too, took a spill on my Z1000 at 70 on I5 last year. blewup my kneecap, had surgery, then managed to pull it apart again 2weeks later while out on my crutches slipping in the rain. I...

    Project: Quiet v2

Mostly Elemental is a f'd up company run by a severe douchebag. If you want to kill noise cheaply, use synthetic carpet pading, and ALOT of it. Focus on your wheelwells, but really, them loud buzzy exhausts are loud and buzzy. I eventually caved in and put a real muffler back on. Call me old,

    Largest door speakers

I managed to fit kicker 8" ssmb's in mine, unfortunately I managed to blow them when trying to max-out a new amp setup, so it's back to measely 5-1/4" for mids at the moment. I'll find pics for you in a bit. It's REALLY snug, and does, indeed take a bit of trimming and/or cleverness. Here we...

Seattle area advice for a newly relocated brother...

so I'm a cheapass, think I'm actually just gonna give it a whirl ghetto-rigging it in the driveway. Brought home some tools from work, and with niv's how-to I think I'm good. Schwabbie's spendy because they replace full calipers with rebuilt ones. I'd sorta rather not go that route when the only...

Well, it's all up in the air at the moment, nothing settled at all, but there is, indeed a fairly serious possibility that it may happen.

Hey cats, westside it up, I'm potentially relocating sometime here, and eitherway, I've been over on that side'a the hills WAAY toomuch recently. DAMN I see alotta p5's and such in seattle. anyway, whenever anyone is down, I'll generally be ready to accept the excuse

    front grille

front bumper removal isn't THAT difficult. It IS possible to use some RTV silicone depending on teh exact location, but mostly, welcome to the wonderful world of rattle chasing. Next, I recommend getting at your muffler guard.

    MP5 speaker layout

5x7's are bigger than 6.5's. Also, the rear size is 6" not 6.5 you can fit a 6.5 but you need to pay careful attn to trimming the ring that extends back off of hte doorpanel so it doesn't cutup your surrounds. mostly, however replacing rears is pointless especially in a p5. The only reason for...
