Well I discovered today that I have fallen victem to the cracked dry rotted stock rubber intake hose...
I did try to check on purchasing the simota from protephile and it appears he is out of stock at the moment.
I am sporting the duct tape fix for now... but I am wondering if the replacement...
It is located in the air intake tube right after the air cleaner box top cover.
There are 2 screws holding it in place with an electrical connector attached.
Post#11 in this thread shows the air tube and air cleaner housing removed from car but with the sensor still installed in it.
