i have the mazdaspeed axelback from the dealer...its the one that most people complain about with the noise on the freeways...but I'm running headers, one cat, and that muffler and it sounds nice to me...not ricey but growly enough i should say. and the noise at around 3k where people complain...

well...they wouldnt be requesting this subpoena if they didnt have good cause to help them. Just see what exact information they want...and then give it to them and be done with it. Thats all you need to do Antoine...just comply and its done and over with :)

and another thing...from what i read on the info you posted...looks like Mr. Williams might be suing mazda probably based on warranty info...so MNAO is subpoena on possible things that might show where he could have voided warranty with modifications...thats my guess.
