there suppose to be more vids to come. This one was first in series, showing capabilities of AWD torque transfer on diagonal ramp. Save new Outlander all cars went without too much hassle. Maybe Qashqai was the best (no sweat pass). However, it depends a lot on driver, tires.... Bottom line...

air recirculation ON or OFF? It should be like in this picture: Sometimes (during rain), if I choose second option (closed air circulation) windows do get foggy/wet. So it should always be set to open air circulation (unless you have some crappy car in front of you :) ) Cheers, Miki

Great handling in snow! (and this is coming from someone living in Austria :)) As said many times, CX-5 is great for all-weather drive, not for all-terrain drive - HUGE difference. Even Owner's manual clearly states CX-5 is NOT to be used for off-road drive: Anyways, here are some snow vids...

In Austria ( and in most EU countries where required) you must have some sort of "additional traction" - either snow chains or (as I have) auto-socks. They fit various sizes as they're elastic.. and they do fulfill legal aspects. http://www.autosock.com/ BR Miki

I've replied to your PM mate. No, new info it's mid NOV (already is)..... Oil raise is a really annoying issue... especially if Mazda introduce in 18 months a Cx-5 redesign where this issue will be resolved miraculously (scratch) What would be current CX-5 resale value ??? With so many quirks...
