Clutch I'd go ACT all the way or even centerforce if you can get one. I'd go with a clutch similar to stock, and make sure it got a nice strong pressure plate. If you're going with racing only then I'd go with a 4 or 6 puck clutch. How may mile were on the car when the clutch went out.

If you're going to clean it I'd recommend using a cleaner that is pretty mean on that stuff, and make sure you wear gloves that won't react to the cleanser. you aren't going to was chem burns. I've got the same issue, and let me know how it all goes.

Our cars bacially use the same pumps as Fords. Don't use power steering fluid it will mess up the pump. They use ATF, and I'm not sure what grade exactly to use. You can check your owners manual, and it should tell ya exactly. If your pump is already making unhealthy noises drain as much fluid...

the squeak you're hearing is the seals on the shock rubbing the shaft. if you want to you can take some kind of penetrating iol, and spray it on the shaft it should go away with that or should go away on it own as well given time.
