This is totally untrue. You can go back to regular oil after you have switched to synthetic. I have asked this question to many mechanics and tuners and they all say the same thing. No problem switching. I have no idea how this urban myth has started.

I have had my new bushings on for 3 months and I have not had one clunk. I am very, very happy with these babies. Now I need to go knock on a big piece of wood. :p

I want to just say they SUCK bad but I have to tell you that the clunk is gone. I now have horrible creaking going on from the metal moving against the polyurethane. So do I live with the clunk or the creaking? I think I will take the clunk. The creaking happens any time there is any movement...

One more tip: Release the emergency brake so you can turn the rotors to make painting easier. Many of you probably already know this but you never know. :p
