Just installed a Kenwood DVD/Nav unit in the wife's CX7 so no longer have a use for this. It's in excellent cosmetic and functional condition... we never had any problems with it. Asking $210 shipped/insured to your door. Let me know if you have any questions.
EDIT: Price drop.
My wife's 7 now has a CEL on, as of yesterday, but with no noticeable driveability issues... hoping it's as easy as the dealer replacing the gas cap. Taking it in under warranty tomorrow.
Fairly easy, but I'm a wrencher so I don't see much as being too difficult. This should be able to be done by any DIY'er though. Nothing complex about it, just tedious to get it to all line up properly.
Here's an update on my new "fogs". Took out my homemade LED strip from my housing that...
Ebay. I paid $85 back when they first came out I think. Unfortunately the price on them has skyrocketed. They still are available though if you want one.
If it's the black plastic thing I'm thinking of... just go to the dealer. I bought some for my wife's after she hit a pole and broke hers. Cost was like $10 each or something like that.
EDIT: some of the plastic things are white. So yours might be black or white.
Sweet this post still gets comments... I recently changed the bottom LED bars from home made to the flexible manufactured ones with SMD's and WOW is it bright. They could almost be fogs. I can post pics if anyone is interested. I still put them behind a lens like I do with my kits. No a fan...
^What he said... much appreciated.
I've always planned to add the mx-6 paddle shifter wheel to my wife's CX7 and your second wiring scheme is exactly what I had planned on doing. Nice to have a little confirmation before diving in. Thanks again. :)
