Not the bulb or the socket, but the clear plastic dome/lens piece that the bulb/socket twists into, which then "pops" into place above the license plate.
Title specifies Protege5 but obviously, if the ones from a Protege sedan/MP3/MSP/some other vehicle will work, I will consider them also.
Only *need* one, would like to get 2 or 3. Name your price and let's talk.
