Will this fit? 18 x 18.5 +40 with 245/40/18

Just like the title says. I'm curious if...

My suspension is stock, though I might get a prokit soon or some bc coils.

Will these fit without rubbing or any other problems? (or how much rolling do you think i'll have to do?)

you will rub with 18.5 wide rims.

hell yeah it will rub...I rub running 235/40 with a 44 offset. You could roll the rear fenders and it will help, but you probably will still rub over bumps and hard cornering.

Stiffer suspensions like coil overs would help a lot

To make 18x8.5 +40 with 245/40 tires not rub, you'll want to roll your rear fenders and grind down the inside of where the rear quarter panel and rear bumper meet. That's what I did, and I don't rub. I'm also on H&R coilovers with about 1/2" wheel gap. I don't rub with passengers in the rear either over harsh bumps.
