Anyone aware of the significance of the factory white dot marks on the front strut mounts?
After having it noted that my strut boots were tore and leaking I took it upon myself to change out the struts. After doing that and having a re-alignment, I realized that the dots( white ) may be 90deg off from original position. The top springs fit the mounts fine. Any thoughts? I changed struts to fix a front end clunk being heard when going over uneven road and holes but this didn't help. Should have done the strut mounts as well.
May even be sway br bushings or connecting rods? Thanks
