What size of rear stabilize bar link for my 2001 protege es 2.0L

I hav 01 protege es Canadian model. I lowered my car today with lowering springs. i had to sacrifice the stabilzer so i was able to install new springs. so now i need 2 new rear stabilizer bars. It is confusing when i look at rock auto. it seems to give me 3 sizes like 192mm 187mm 220mm. so which one i need. Ya also fun part is going to unbolt these suckers >.< cause they are rusted and seized on.

ANy tips and and answer will be helpful. thanks in advanced
